Webmaster Rights
The principles behind CrawlWall are based on providing technical tools that allow webmasters to control their basic rights as publishers.
- The right to publish and maintain copyright - You have the right to publish a website without having to worry about your content being stolen and your copyrights abused.
- The right to choose who crawls - You have a right to control who crawls your website, control how your content is used, and manage your bandwidth usage.
- The right to privacy - You have the right to keep corporate crawlers from automatically spying on your websites, forums and blogs just on the suspicion that you might say something libelous.
- The right to be spam-free - You have the right to not be abused by link dropping spammers, referrer spammers, and other garbage posters.
- The right to be secure - You have to right to run a web site without having hackers try to crack logins, maliciously attempt to inject scripts, or otherwise disrupt your website and damage your reputation.
